2 sticks melted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder (Hershey’s or Nestle work really well)
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup crushed unsalted cashews
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 13x9” pan.
Beat butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix coca, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Stir in chocolate/PB chips and nuts. Pour into pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
