Sautee pecans and garlic in butter and olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add the heavy cream and let the pecans and garlic simmer together for about 5-7 minutes or until thick. Reduce heat to low and add parmesan cheese an basil. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the basil has wilted.
* Serve over pasta of choice. You can add meats, such as grilled chicken or shrimp to this for added heartiness.
